She holds a degree in Psychology from the Federal University of Uberlândia, a postgraduate degree in People Management from the University of São Paulo (USP), and training in Contotherapy.

She has experience teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, as well as extension programs, at Politécnica and Uniminas colleges. She has an extensive professional background in Psychology, with an emphasis on Human Resources, working across different internal organizational subsystems, as well as providing consulting services and delivering various training programs.

She coordinates the Psychology program at Max Planck University Center (UniMAX – Indaiatuba). At CISM, she collaborates with the CONEMO project, which is part of the Implementation Science module.
