He holds a Medical degree from the Evangelical School of Medicine of Paraná. He completed his residency training in Psychiatry at Hospital Nossa Senhora da Luz, Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná (PUC-PR), followed by a residency in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre, Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS).

He is certified as a Family Therapist by the Family Institute of Porto Alegre (INFAPA). He earned both his Master's and Ph.D. in Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences from UFRGS.

At CISM, he serves as a Data Manager for the Precision Neuroscience module.
