Ariana Gomes Nascimento Oliveira

Holds a degree in Nursing and a specialization in Health Management from the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (Fiocruz). She has experience in the management of research involving human subjects, research ethics, clinical research, observational studies, cohort studies, and epidemiology, working in the coordination of scientific studies and the management of regulatory and ethical processes.

Her areas of expertise include nursing (adult and pediatric care), Phase I–IV clinical research, ethics in human subjects research, the CEP/SINEP System, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and scientific methodology.

She is currently a PhD candidate in the Pediatrics Program at the School of Medicine of the University of São Paulo (FMUSP). She also works as a Health Technology Regulation Consultant at the Medical Device Technology Unit (GQUIP) of the General Office for Health Products Technology (GGTPS) at the Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency (ANVISA), focusing on Software as a Medical Device (SaMD).

At the Center for Research and Innovation in Mental Health (CISM), she serves as the Research Ethics Manager and Implementation Coordinator of the SAVE Study, which is part of the Implementation Science module.
