She holds a degree in Dentistry from the University of São Paulo, a specialization in Pediatric Dentistry, an MBA in Healthcare Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), and specializations in Regulation and Educational Processes with an emphasis on Active Methodologies from the Sírio-Libanês Institute.

She worked as a dentist at APAE of Indaiatuba and in private practice, in addition to holding management positions at the Indaiatuba Health Department as director and deputy secretary. She served as a faculty member at the School of Medicine of Centro Universitário Max Planck (UniMAX – Indaiatuba) and is currently Director of UniMAX. She is the author of a scientific publication in the field of Dentistry (Journal of the Institute of Health Sciences, 2005).

At CISM, she is a member of the Advisory Board.
