Vinícius Nagy Soares

Manager

Graduated in Physical Education from the State University of Campinas (Unicamp), with a master’s and doctoral degree in Gerontology from the same institution. He was a member of the Sports Psychology and Neuroscience Study Group (GEPEN) and part of the Brazilian Frailty in Older Adults Study (FIBRA) team, where he played a strategic role in research field organization and data collection.

He has extensive experience in research methodology and applied statistics, with additional training in Good Clinical Practices, Research Ethics, and Advanced Statistics.

Since 2023, he has worked at CISM managing the “Primeiros Laços” program, carrying out activities such as coordination between the research team, university centers, and municipal health departments; management of goals, tasks, and data collection; organization and facilitation of team meetings; development of projects, reports, and operational manuals; risk monitoring; development of dashboards and data analysis; social media communication; and people management. He also works as a project manager in the “Digital Solutions” module.
